ExcelSource History
ExcelSource Multi–Purpose Cooperative (ExcelSource) was registered with the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) in January 2007 with a small office in Marikina City. It was established as a manpower (Labor) cooperative with the ideals of:
- enabling employees/workers to work continuously,
- providing sustainable livelihood opportunities,
- and assisting clients/business partners in reducing recurring administrative, recruitment and training costs,
ExcelSource transferred to Antipolo City after Typhoon Ondoy submerged the Marikina office in September 2009.

Objectives of the Cooperative:
- To help provide human resource & workforce management solutions in the following
areas:
– Production and manufacturing
– Office administration
– Sales and promotions
– Housekeeping and maintenance - To engage in business process outsourcing services;
- To provide members with sustainable livelihood opportunities, and savings and credit facilities
ExcelSource as a Cooperative
ExcelSource, being a cooperative, is owned by its members. At ExcelSource, our members enjoy government–mandated benefits which includes but is not limited to SSS, Pag–IBIG, PhilHealth, and 13th month pay/CDI–SIL of an employee. Our members also enjoy other benefits like: dividends, patronage refund, hospitalization assistance, personal accident insurance, dental services via salary deduction, rice on credit, discounted and/or on–credit food & personal hygiene products, funeral assistance and incentives from programs of ExcelSource.
